How time flies by when you're having fun...!

Oh wow, I just realised how much time has passed since my last entry... Good and bad has happened but an eventful ride it sure has been!

The best thing that has happened is my new found friendship with a girl, whom I went to school with. We've seen a lot of each other lately and we're having a blast when we're together. We've taken up a lot of crafts like decoupaging on rocks, making hats (a failed attempt anyway) and handbags and all sorts of other things. She's really brought out my creative talent which lay dormant for some time. So now I'm making tank tops with prints, learning ho to knit so I can make sweathers and scarfs, I'm doing a curtain to hang in front of a door (I'm not sure what the word is, so bear with me) made of white and blue beads, I've done some more stones, painted a few pictures I intend to decorate my office with and all in all I'm just rocking in that field!

Another piece of brilliant news is that I've learned that I just earned myself an 11 (~ equals an A) in neurobiology!!! I knew the exam went well but I hadn't counted on it being THAT well. It just goes to show that I've chosen the right field for making myself a career in the science department of neurobiology.

Another piece of good news is about my apartment... I've really made it mine now. Well, it's not even built yet but I feel for it deeply, like it's my little baby. I've found the colors to go on the walls and in my mind I have the whole thing planned out. It's going to be fab.

Well, a friend of mine is coming over tomorrow to go over some lab results. We have to do some calculations before we can begin our undergraduate-projects, so I'd better head off to bed.
