City life

I have just been searching for apartments on the web. I have found the perfect one. It's on Oesterbro which is my top priority, on Aalborggade which is the neighborhood I want to live in. It's 42 square-meters and has 2 rooms, kitchen & bathroom. It's in a building from 1903, which makes it perfect! I love the complexes built from around 1880-1910. They're beautifully done with a care for architectual details.
The sad part is that it's fairly expensive. My bank-advisor has informed me that I will be able to take a loan and buy an apartment because of my extensive saving but I'm not sure I can pay that much. I get my SU, I can get an SU-loan, I earn money from doing a cleaning job at a school but my economy will be tight. I don't mind though because I get to live where I most wish to. Apart from two buildings I've already found (one in Hoersholm and one in Rungsted, both which costs many millions), Oesterbro is where I most want to live.
Perhaps I can get a cleaning job - 20 hours a week - at my present workplace. That'll also be a tough nut to crack but I think I have the stamina to take it on. I have to work to get what I want. That's the way it is. No excuses.
I am going to show the apartment to my mother as soon as I get home (presently I'm at my aunt's). Then next week we'll go see my bank-advisor and hopefully she'll say that I can buy it. Oooh, I can't wait!!! Well, I can dream can't I?
